Bra Discs™ must be worn with a bra/cami. After adjusting your bra, center the Bra Disc™ between your breast and the bra. Bra Discs™ have no adhesive. However, your breasts as well as body heat will keep them in place.

Bra Discs™ may be cleaned with mild soap and water, towel dry.
